Designed to be packable and worn over base uniform layers or thermal pant liners, they feature pass-through pocket openings for accessing internal trouser pockets, an elastic waist with drawcord, snap-closure storm fly, and zippered lower leg openings with ankle adjustment tabs for rapid donning over boots.
