Condition: Used by our Troops in Good Condition, has cosmetic wear including scuffs, stains, tape residue, and dirtiness, the waterproofing on the lid flap is worn out and falling off, doing well for it's age, everything appears to be holding up well, I don't know why the frame is taped, assumed to be undamaged, fully functional, see photos, Overall Good Condition
