Manufactured under official U.S. Army defense contracts (NSN: 8415-01-538-6706), these Level 7 "parka/puffy" insulated over-pants serve as the outer thermal barrier layer of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). Constructed with a water-resistant, windproof outer shell and filled with high-loft PrimaLoft Sport thermal insulation, they maintain insulating properties even when wet. Designed specifically to fit over duty uniforms and base layers, these Large/Long trousers feature full-length two-way side zippers for rapid donning and doffing without removing winter boots.
